You have worked hard! Now it's time to review your progress.
If you are in the middle of a workout or resting on the couch at home, there are two places in-app to view your Training History.
During a Training Session:
When you are logging an exercise, click on LAST and WORKING MAX.
Then you will see your Lift History, PR, and Working Max for that Exercise.
Outside of a Training Session:
Click on the History tab and search for the lift.
Then you will see your Lift History, PR, and Working Max for that Exercise.
