Have you recently canceled an ongoing Athlete subscription and would like to request a refund?
In general, TrainHeroic does not offer refunds for previously paid subscription fees. Please see below for additional details on Athlete subscription refunds and refund policies.
Refunds for TrainHeroic purchases:
- Per our Terms & Conditions, there will be no refunds for any previously paid Subscription Fees.
- If you have extenuating circumstances and would like to request a refund, please contact support@trainheroic.com. The decision to issue a refund or not will be at the discretion of TrainHeroic.
Refunds for in-app purchases:
