As an athlete, you'll be able to reschedule your own training sessions from the mobile app.
When you begin a training session on a day other than today's date, we'll automatically ask you if you'd like to move the session to today. You'll also have the option to reschedule sessions ahead of time.
Note: We do not currently support rescheduling multiple sessions.
If you've purchased a Program from the Marketplace, you'll be able to shift your programming by removing and re-adding your Program (How to Add or Remove a Program In-app).
Rescheduling Sessions While Training:
When you begin a training session on a day other than today's date, we'll automatically ask you if you'd like to move the session to today. Simply head to the session you'd like to begin and select 'Start Session.'
Select 'Yes!' to move your session to today's date, and continue training!
Rescheduling Sessions Before Training:
If you're a planner, and would like to reschedule your sessions ahead of time, use the 3-dot menu in the upper left-hand corner of your training session to reschedule your session to another date.
Can I reschedule multiple sessions, or shift my programming?
'Reschedule Session' is designed specifically to reschedule single sessions, and we do not currently support rescheduling multiple sessions for athletes on a Team or athletes receiving programming directly from a coach.
If you're receiving individualized programming from your coach, we encourage you communicate with your coach if you're falling behind in your training plan, so they can accommodate your schedule. You will be able to direct message your coach through TH Chat:
If you're following a purchased Program from the Marketplace, you will have the option to remove and re-add your Program to the calendar at anytime by following these instructions:
