How to reset your password:
From the Login page on the mobile app, select 'Forgot Password.'
Next, enter your email address and choose 'Send Email Link to Reset.'
You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password.
What to do if you aren't receiving the password reset email:
- It's possible that the email has gone to your junk mail folder.
- It's also possible that your account was created with a typo in the email address.
If you are not receiving a password reset email, please submit a request and provide the name on the account and a list of any recent purchases and we'll be sure to get you taken care of.
