Are you subscribed through Apple, and are looking to cancel your subscription or request a refund?
TrainHeroic is only able to adjust subscriptions that were purchased through the TrainHeroic Marketplace. If you've purchased through our Marketplace, your billing statement will note "TrainHeroic."
If you purchased a team subscription in-app and are paying via Apple, any refund requests will need to be submitted through your Apple 'Subscriptions.'
