Full disclosure, we're not designed to share content such as programs or exercises between separate organizational accounts.
We encourage coaches to collaborate and support athletes as a team. Some of our most popular Marketplace teams are supported by a full coaching staff - there's strength in numbers!
That said, we're NOT designed to share Libraries between 2 separate organizations. We are designed to share content between coaches under one organization, through adding assistant coaches to your account.
Invite Assistant Coaches to share content under one Organization:
If you're looking to collaborate with another coach, we recommend inviting them as an Assistant Coach to your organization.
Adding an assistant coach to your account will provide them with shared access to your organizations's Library, including Programs and Exercises. Assistant coaches are $9.99/month, per coach.
Note: Only one coach-type is allowed per single account.
In other words, if you currently have a Coach Plan or are an assistant coach on another TrainHeroic organization you will NOT be able to accept an assistant coach invitation from a separate organization. You will need to use a new email, creating a separate coach account.
What happens to the content when they're removed?
In the instance you remove an assistant coach from your account, a copy of their Exercise Library will be added to your organization's Exercise Library. You will also retain access to any Programs and Teams created while an assistant coach was on your organization. All athletes invited by the assistant coach will also remain on your account, unless archived.
