The Streaks feature helps you track your consistency in training and celebrate your progress.
What is a Streak?
A streak is the number of consecutive weeks you have logged at least one training session. If you miss a full week of training, your streak will be broken. The goal of this feature is to help you stay consistent and motivated with your training routine.
How to Track Your Streak?
You can easily see your current and best streaks right at the top of your training calendar. This provides a quick visual of your progress and a fun way to challenge yourself to maintain your consistency.
Custom Streak Targets
Stay consistent by setting a personal weekly goal for your training sessions. Simply tap "Set my Streak Target" to choose how many days per week you want to hit to keep your streak alive and track your progress toward your next milestone.
Set Your Goal: Tap "Set my Streak Target" and select the number of days (1–7) you plan to train each week to define your streak requirements.
Adjust Your Target: Use the "Edit" button within the Streaks card to change your weekly frequency as your schedule evolves.
Track Progress: View your current streak length versus your personal best, with real-time prompts to log sessions before the week ends.
Restarting: If you miss a week, the app provides a quick-start option to "Restart your streak" and build your momentum back up.
Show Streaks on your Calendar
You can toggle this option on or off within your Athlete Pro settings. When enabled, your streak progress will be visually displayed on your calendar, serving as a great reminder of your consistency.
