Tracking Progress with the Trophy Case & PR Goals
Your journey is about more than just showing up; it’s about hitting those milestones. The Trophy Case in TrainHeroic is your personal hall of fame, while PR Goals help you map out exactly where you’re headed next.
Accessing Your Trophy Case
To see your all-time bests and current progress:
Navigate to your Profile.
Tap on PR Trophy Case.
Here, you can view your Latest PR at the top and your full PR History listed by exercise, showing the date and the specific rep max (e.g., 5RM Deadlift).
Setting a New PR Goal
Want to chase a specific number? Setting a goal keeps it front and center during your workouts.
From the Trophy Case, tap Set New Goal.
Select the exercise from the dropdown (e.g., Back Squat).
Input your Target Reps and Target Weight.
Tap Set PR Goal.
Your new goal will now appear as a card in your Trophy Case.
Crushing a PR During a Session
Once you achieve your PR, celebrate it with Pearl the dinosaur and the world. Use the Share PR button on the celebration screen to post your achievement directly to Instagram.
