Bulk Copy/Paste and Delete Options:
Click and drag your cursor across the sessions you'd like to copy (or delete), much like you would highlight a paragraph in a Word Doc. This will surface a blue banner at the bottom of your screen.
Use Blue Banner Shortcuts to:
- Copy Sessions
- Delete Sessions
- Save Sessions as a Program
- Repeat Sessions
- Publish/unpublish Sessions
Pro Tip: Use the Save to Library option to "archive" your programming for later use.
To paste copied sessions, hover over the start date you'd like to paste those sessions to. You can either right-click to paste, or use your keyboard shortcuts (command+Z) to paste the sessions.
Copy/Paste, drag and drop, and Delete Single Sessions:
Select the 3 dot menu in the upper right-hand corner of a session.
From the 3 dot menu, you can:
- Publish/Unpublish
- Preview
- Edit
- Save Session to the Library
- Repeat
- Copy
- Delete
To Drag n' Drop a single, unpublished session, hover your cursor below the Session Title until your cursor becomes a 4-way arrow. Click and drag the session to the new date.
Tip: Save single sessions to the Library when you know you'll reuse them in the future, like an "testing day" or even a "rest day."
To paste a single session, follow the same instructions as above. Hover over the start date you'd like to paste those sessions to. You can either right-click to paste, or use your keyboard shortcuts (command+Z) to paste the sessions.
