Duplicating Programs for Quick Reuse
Want to scale your programming without starting from scratch? Use the Copy Program feature to instantly duplicate an existing template and build off your previous work.
How to Copy a Program
Step 1: Log in to your coach account and click Library in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Check the box next to the Program you want to duplicate.
Step 3: Click the Copy Icon in the upper right corner (this appears automatically once a box is checked).
Customizing Your New Program
Once copied, your new program will automatically open in the calendar view. Any changes you make here will not affect your original version.
The Gear Icon: Click the gear icon on the right side to rename the program, upload a new logo, or adjust the duration settings.
Adjusting Workouts: Feel free to add, remove, or rearrange sessions directly on the calendar.
Note on Program Length: Shortening a program's duration in the settings menu hides the extra weeks from view—it does not permanently delete them.
Pro Tip: Refresh your Session Titles! Even if you're reusing a great foundation, updating the workout names keeps things feeling fresh and engaging for your athletes, ensuring they never feel like they're just repeating old routines.
