With the Rep Ranges feature, coaches can now prescribe flexible repetition targets (e.g., 8–12 reps) instead of fixed rep counts. This allows athletes to work within a target range based on their capacity or the intensity of the session.
Key Benefits
Flexible Programming: Ideal for auto-regulation, hypertrophy work, or RPE-based training.
Clear Expectations: Gives athletes a clear target min/max range for each set.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Session Builder. Navigate to the session you want to edit.
Add or Select an Exercise: Choose the exercise you wish to program for your athlete.
-
Change the parameter type.
Locate the dropdown menu next to the exercise parameters (where you usually select reps, time, or distance).
Select Rep Range (min-max) from the drop-down list.
-
Enter the Range
Input your minimum and maximum targets into the designated fields (e.g., 8-12).
-

Click Save to update the workout. The rep range will now be displayed to your athletes in their mobile app.
What Your Athletes Will See
Athletes viewing the workout will see the assigned range (e.g., "8–12 reps") for that exercise, prompting them to log their completed reps.
