With TrainHeroic, we offer a flexible Coach Plan to pay as you grow.
Coach Plans are based on how many athletes you're coaching within a giving billing period, excluding any athletes who are billed through the Marketplace. As you increase your athlete count, your Coach Plan will automatically increase. In order to downgrade your Coach Plan, you must adjust your Coach Plan from your Account Settings.

Upgrading your Coach Plan:
If you would like to upgrade your Coach Plan to accommodate more athletes you can do so at anytime from your Account Settings:
- Log into your coach account from the web and select the profile image from the upper right-hand corner.
- Choose 'Billing Info'
- Under 'Subscription Plans,' choose your new plan
- Select 'Upgrade' to confirm
- Select 'Submit Payment'
If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be billed the prorated amount for the upgraded access for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Note: If you exceed your athlete limit within a billing cycle you will be automatically upgraded to the next Coach Plan.
Downgrade your Coach Plan:
As your needs fluctuate, you'll also have the option to downgrade based on the number of athletes attached to your account.
Follow the instructions below to downgrade your plan.
- Log into your coach account from the web and select the profile image from the upper right-hand corner
- Choose 'Billing Info'
- Under 'Subscription Plans,' choose your new plan
- Select 'Downgrade' to confirm
Your new Coach Plan pricing will be reflected on your next bill date.
Important Information Regarding Upgrades/Downgrades:
Please consider the following when changing your Coach Plan, or inviting athletes over your current limit:
- Your plan will automatically upgrade if you exceed your athlete limit
- Your plan will NOT automatically downgrade as you remove athletes from your Athlete List
- You will need to downgrade your Coach Plan from your Account Settings
- We do NOT issue refunds for Coach Plans
- Plan eligibility is based on the number of 'Attached Athletes' on your account
- Plans that you aren't eligible for will be greyed out
- You will be able to Archive Athletes to open up low tiered plans
- Coach Plan pricing does NOT include Assistant Coaches
- Assistant coach accounts are an additional $9.99/month, per coach
- Athletes who are billed through the TrainHeroic Marketplace will NOT count toward your Coach Plan
