Can I freeze or pause my coach account?

In the event that you may need to freeze of pause your coach account, we're happy to walk you through your options.

While there isn't an official way to hit "pause" on your account, you will be able downgrade your Coach Plan or cancel your account at anytime. Rest assured that all of your content will remain on your account, just as you've left it!

Downgrade Your Coach Plan:

There's flexibility in your Coach Plan. We encourage you to consider downgrading your account, before hitting "pause." While you may be coaching less athletes, you can continue to foster those relationships through TrainHeroic, at a lower price.

Reactivate Your Coach Plan:

Reactivating your plan is easy, and will provide you access to your account, just as you've left it.

2. Select the 'Upgrade Now' button, or follow this link to upgrade your plan: https://account.trainheroic.com/subscription-plans

To unlock lower Coach Plans, archive athletes you're no longer working with.
