Can I add assistant coaches during the trial?
Yes, you can add and manage assistant coaches in your account settings under Billing Info. Once you upgrade your coach account, each assistant coach you have added will be $9.99 per coach per month.
What are the pricing options?
Whether you are coaching 5 athletes or 200, we offer a variety of subscription plans to best fit your needs. You also have the flexibility to change your subscription plan as your business needs evolve.

What's the difference between a Coach Plan and selling through the Marketplace?
A Coach Plan covers your $9.99/month fee for coaching access. In addition, you can "flex" your plan, paying for athletes seats. This covers the monthly $1 fee per athlete, so that there is no cost to your athletes to use the TrainHeroic mobile app.
We recommend purchasing a Coach Plan with athlete seats IF you collect athlete fees upfront and not on a monthly basis, do not collect payment from your athlete's directly, or have a separate billing system through your facility.
Selling through the Marketplace allows you to streamline athlete sign-up with an integrated billing system where your athletes will be billed through TrainHeroic. You can set your monthly subscription cost, and the only up-front cost to you is your $9.99/month coaching fee. In other words, you do NOT need to pay for athlete seats up-front if athletes are signing up through the Marketplace.
We recommend Marketplace for coaches who are seeking to grow their business with online sales, OR coaches who are looking for seamless billing and athlete management. With Marketplace, you won't have to reconcile your athlete list for missed payments!
Will I be locked into a contract?
Your subscription will be monthly recurring with no minimum contract.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you choose to cancel your TrainHeroic subscription, you can do so at any time and your account will be closed at the end of the current billing cycle you are in.
Does TrainHeroic have a liability agreement for its users? Can I attach my own?
Anyone who downloads the TrainHeroic mobile app is agreeing to the terms and conditions of TrainHeroic. Click here to view a copy of our Terms of Use.
We recommend that you have your own liability insurance too. You will be able share hyperlinks to your waiver through TH Chat. If you're planning to sell programming through the TrainHeroic Marketplace, we recommend publishing your membership terms and conditions on your personal website.
Does TrainHeroic comply with GDPR?
Yes, TrainHeroic is GDPR compliant.
