Superset Exercises for your athletes to complete as a superset or circuit.
As a coach, you'll have the option to program Supersets, grouping Exercise blocks for athletes to complete as a superset or as a circuit. This also allows the athlete to track results for each set.
Here we'll cover:
When to use a Superset:
Supersets can be used to group 2 Exercise blocks to be completed as a traditional superset, or several Exercises to be completed as a circuit. This alternative to Circuit blocks allows an athlete to track their sets for each individual exercise.
We recommend using Supersets when you'd like to track sets and reps, or any other metrics. If you do not need to track results, you can choose to use a Circuit block instead.
How to create a Superset on Web:
To create a Superset, program 2 or more consecutive Exercise blocks, then select the link to the left, between the Exercise blocks.
Note: You will need to program Exercise blocks in order to create a Superset, not Circuit blocks.
Once you've linked your Exercise blocks, if you need to reorder them simply select the arrows to the left of the Exercise block.
To add Superset instructions, like rest or RPE, select the 3-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner, then 'Superset Instructions.' You'll also have the option to save your superset to the Library by selecting 'Save Superset' from the 3-dot menu.
Pro Tip: Make sure you've completed setting up the Superset before you save it to the Library!
