For Athletes: How to Create Your Account and Join Your Coach

Your coach has invited you to train with them, and you're ready to create your TrainHeroic account.

Note: If you already have a TrainHeroic login and you need to join a new team or program, click HERE for instructions on how to add another team or program.

If you've purchased programming through the Marketplace you do NOT need an Access code. Simply login to your account created at checkout.

New Athletes: "Create Account"

Have you received an Access Code from your coach, and you're not sure how to get started?

Follow the steps below to create your TrainHeroic account and use your Access Code to connect with your coach.

1. First, click here for information on downloading the mobile app

2. From the Log In screen, select 'Create Account'

3. Create your account by entering your:

• Full name
• Email
• Password

4. Enter your Access Code to connect with your coach

5. Setup your profile and take a quick tour of the app - rest assured, you'll be able to edit your profile later too!

Congratulations, you are now on the team and you can start logging your training sessions right away!
